We’re delighted to announce that we’re now accepting private showroom appointments.
It’s been a long road, but we can’t wait to swing open our doors once more and welcome you back. It’ll be a little different for a while as the country slowly gets back on its feet.
The good news is you can expect the same fantastic service and friendly welcome as before, albeit with a pretty cool twist: we’ve developed our own form of ‘private dining’. Let’s call it ‘private designing’!
As you would expect, the safety of our customers and staff remain our number one priority, which is why we thought we’d explain the measures we’re putting in place to enable private showroom appointments.
What will the showroom experience be like?
It’ll be yours, and yours only! We’re opening the showroom on a one-by-one appointment basis, which means it’ll be your private design experience for however long you need it.
When you arrive, the showroom door will be locked. We’ll therefore ask you to give us a call when you arrive so that we can let you in. We’ll also ask you to wash your hands on arrival, but we guess you’re probably used to that by now! (Luckily there’s no shortage of sinks!)
We’ve also implemented additional cleaning measures and the showroom will be cleaned after every client visit. There will be masks and gloves available for free, if you would like to use them.
As you would expect, we’re putting social distancing measures in place throughout the showroom, but this will be made eminently easier due to the fact we’re only allowing private appointments. Obviously the government guidelines are changing quite often so we’ll keep on top of whatever is recommended and make changes when we’re advised to.
Drinks will still be available, and don’t worry – everything will have been washed thoroughly in our dishwasher on a high temperature prior to your arrival.
Who can I bring and when can we come?
We ask that you limit the number of people who attend the appointment, if possible. Obviously, if you or anyone within your party has COVID-19 symptoms, please let us know before heading over and we’ll rearrange your appointment.
If you can’t attend for this or any other reason, please bear in mind that we are still offering our virtual design appointments, which have proven really popular during lockdown. We can even arrange for samples to be delivered to you so you can experience the materials for yourself.
If you’d like to visit our showroom for a private designing experience, our current working hours are 10am until 3pm, Monday to Friday. If that doesn’t quite work for you, please get in touch and we’ll do our very best to accommodate you.
Are you installing?
We are indeed! And we’re doing so safely, in line with government guidance.
During the temporary closure, we took the opportunity to stock up on our entire range, and as a result our supply chain is already at a very high level.
If you don’t feel comfortable allowing people into your home just yet, we’re more than happy to accept bookings for later in the year if you’d like to reserve your spot.
