These are unprecedented times, and as the government has said, this pandemic has brought about challenges not seen in a lifetime.

But amidst all the fear, and loss, there are some incredible people doing wonderful things to help others. You’ve probably already heard some lovely stories.

From carers to local neighbourhood groups to support from furloughed employees and local individuals – we’ve seen some very heartwarming stories.

Most people are at home, locked down, doing our bit to keep people safe and protect the NHS.

At Modern Homes, we’re busy preparing for when this is all over

We can’t come close to what our wonderful NHS and wider key workers are doing for the Warwickshire community…

… but we can build rather fine kitchens and bathrooms.

So we had an idea!

We want to celebrate our incredible local heroes

We need your help to decide who deserves a gorgeous brand new kitchen (worth up to £15,000) or a stunning new bathroom (up to £8,000).

Yes, we’re giving away up to £23,000 worth of home improvements to two local superstars!

Can you help us?
