‘ I just want to write to let you know how pleased I have been with the after-sales service I have received from Modern Homes.

You fitted 2 new bathrooms for us just over 3 years ago and we were very happy with them and the original installation was excellent.

Recently a problem occured with one of the WC’s. When I contacted you, you were very helpful and arranged for an assessment to be carried out virtually straightaway. The new cistern was ordered and fitted only a few days later. I was very imnpressed with the prompt ,efficient and friendly service.

I must say how impressed I was with your sales person/fitter, Paul Straker. He was courteuos and worked extremely efficiently. He is clearly very experienced and inspired confidence at all times. He must be a real asset to Modern Homes !

Once again, thank you very much for your excellent service . It is so reassuring to receive such first class care’

Vicki Kellard, Kenilworth.

Dear Tina

I am just writing to say that the work performed by your team in all aspects of planning, expediting and the finished result was outstanding.

We would have no hesitation in recommending you to others.

Kind Regards

Throw away your kettle !!

There’s a revolution in kitchens ! 100°C boiling water is now on tap from the unique Quooker. Ultra-convenient, ultrasafe with a built-in childproof safety mechanism and brilliantly energy-efficient.

Boiling water and children can be a dangerous combination, but the Quooker comes with a tap that is securely mounted to the worktop and has a child-proof push and turn handle. As another safety feature the aater comes out of the tap in a fine spray rather than a solid jet. On top of the the tap dispenses ano more than 0.05 litres of water per second. If an electric kettle topples over, it spills 1 litre of boiling water in a second, which can cause serious burns.

The applications are endless. The most obvious one is making a cup of tea, and tghe latest addition to the list is poaching fish. Of course you can also fill up a pasta pan, blanch vegetables, heat up plates, make coffee, prepare baby formula, peel tomatoes, remove candle wax,and much much more.

All done in a moment and with boiling water , after all only boiling water is good enough for that perfect cup of English tea!!

Also available Franke Little Butler 1000 and 2000 and Insinkerator Hot water tap.

The ‘Brita’ difference

Now you can enjoy the benefits of BRITA filtered water straight from the tap. The BRITA water filter tap uses replaceable cartridges that reduce chlorine and other impurities such as lead, copper aluminium that can affect the taste of your tap water.

Improve the taste of tea and coffee, BRITA cartridges reduce limescale that creates the unslightly scum on your tea and coffee and stops the build up of fur in your kettle.

Cartridges can be replaced in seconds with a simple screw-off screw-on mechanism. The cartridge fittings have an ‘auto shut off’ so there is no need to turn off the water mains. Each tap is fitted with a cartridge lifetime indicator, which uses a simple traffic light system to tell you when to change the cartridge.

Great value at just 4p per litre, best performance ever, and each cartridge is 100% recyclable.

Steam Cooking from Bosch

Healthy eating has never tasted so good. Natural foods contain many essential vitamins and minerals, which are vital for our bodies to work properly. Conventional cooking destroys up to 45% of all minerals whereas steam cooking destroys practically none. Gently steaming does not extract any moisture from the food, which means the minerals are not discarded. Steam cooking also means less fatty food, with steam, there is no need to add fat, all of the foods natural juices are conserved and also the steam itself keeps the food moist. And with no need to add salt, it really is the undisputed champion of healthy cooking.

Also available the innovative combination steam oven, which combines steam and hot-air cooking so you can cook-up whatever culinary delights you desire. Whether it’s freshly baked bread, homemade biscuits, delicate desserts they will be cooked to perfection. Imagine a chicken that can be cooked in just 20 minutes and then the skin crisped and browned using conventional hot air cooking, so it looks as good as it tastes!

Bin That Mess

Our new worktop bin is a fantastic invention, as the bin is stored beneath the worktop with the lid on the surface, there is direct access to the bin without having to open a cupboard door. Alternatively make recycling easy with a 2, 3 or even 4 compartment system -to aid with the environmentally friendly sorting and disposal of household waste.

Storage Solutions

Smart storage solutions eliminates unnecessary lifting ,bending or reaching and can be an excellent solution for utilising lost space in corner situations . A key storage solution is to install a compact larder such as our 300 soft close larder with five easy access wire baskets for all your pantry items.

Under sink storage includes a lockable pull out basket to ensure little fingers do not come into contact with household chemicals.

Internal design is as important as external, make the most of your space by including in cupboard lighting on drawer units to ensure that you can find things quickly and easily.
